Chassis Mechanism Design of the Manual Robot
Abstract
This paper takes the 11th National College Television Robot Competition
of CCTV as the background. Having studied the rules of the competition,
we formulate overall scheme and competition strategy. Then we make an
objective analysis of the function and needs of the manual robot, and put
forward the scheme design index. This paper presents the overall design
of the manual robot, and uses the Pro-E software to build the
three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly. This paper focuses on the
structural design of the chassis, motor selection, strength check of
important parts. Then the important parts' stress and strain are analyzed
by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. Finally we analysis
the problems during assembly and commissioning, and then put forward the
corresponding solutions.
