摘要:在中国工业4.0如今正在火热开展,机电一体化被认为对于中国工业发展有很大帮助。机电一体化概念设计在三维模型设计时就能与相关的控制软件连接,如PLC,PLM。PLC的控制使得生产变得自动化,这对于制造业来说是一个很大的进步,它能够代替人力做繁重的体力活,减少制造成本,节省时间。42554

本文基于NX机电概念设计(MCD)平台对型号为ex-106的数控车床进行料台及其上下料结构设计与控制仿真,料台采用链传动机构实现对物料的水平传输,通过每个小料台的运动实现物料的上下传输,便于机械手抓取。机械臂结构采用齿轮齿条进行设计,其中,选用型号为Y132M2-6的三相异步电动机驱动齿轮旋转,带动齿条上下移动。然后,利用铰链副完成机械手抓取物料的运动过程。最后,基于NX的机电概念设计(MCD)平台完成料台的运动设计和物料的整个传输,实现数控车床上下料的自动化控制设计。从总体的设计开始,然后是补料的整个过程。机械手部分的运动和计算,机械手横向运动方案,机械手纵向运动方案,机械手抓料的运动方案。之后是各部分的计算,机械手夹爪夹紧力的计算,定位误差的分析,电机的选择等;料台部分的设计和计算,料台上的电机选择,链条静强度的验算。最后是MCD平台和PLC的具体操作,通过给机构定义刚体,添加运动副,并用仿真序列进行速度和位置等控制,实现料台和机械手上下料的运动设计,将MCD平台的操作导出为PLC的程序。
