摘 要:面对印染行业水污染严重的问题,研制出了一种新型的染色工艺—超临界流体印染工艺。它以超临界CO2流体作为溶剂,溶解染料以及一些助剂,对织物进行染色,并用超临界CO2流体作为清洗液对织物进行清洗。整个过程都不需要水,这样就可以完全避免水污染的问题。本文简述了超临界流体印染工艺在国内外发展的概况,以及研究现状。分析已有设备的优缺点,从中找出不足之处加以优化。根据理论知识研究出一套超临界流体印染试验装置,主要对它的高压密封以及连续印染进行设计。42557

本文主要设计内容有染色管的设计、法兰的设计、纱车的设计、截止张志的设计以及支座的设计,并对法兰应力以及支座应力进行校核。对染色管的密封进行设计计算,对染色管连接处管径的细节变化进行设计,从而达到省功并且降低泄漏率的目的。

合理的分布染色管各段长度以达到性价比最高的目的。法兰与染色管之间采用螺纹连接,避免了法兰与管壁焊接无法满足高压容器的设计要求,也减少了法兰处的泄漏量。纱车上增加O形圈保护装置从而减少了O形圈的磨损,也降低了推动装置所做的功。在进料段安装一个可以自动锁死的截止装置,避免了纱车在高压下被挤出的问题。除此之外,对整套装置中对一些没有强度要求的结构尽量减轻质量,减少了材料的用量。

Design of supercritical fluid dyeing and printing device

Abstract:

In the face of serious water pollution problems in the printing and dyeing industry, a new dyeing process is developed, which is a super critical fluid printing and dyeing process. The supercritical CO2 fluid is used as the solvent, the solution of the dye and some auxiliaries, and the fabric is dyed, and the fabric can be cleaned with the supercritical CO2 fluid. The whole process does not need water, so that it can completely avoid the problem of water pollution. This paper briefly describes the development of supercritical fluid dyeing and printing technology at home and abroad, as well as the current situation of the research. Analyze its advantages and disadvantages, and find out the deficiencies to optimize it. According to the theoretical knowledge, a set of supercritical fluid dyeing and printing test device is developed, which is mainly designed for the continuous feeding, discharging and sealing of high pressure. 

The main contents of this paper are dyeing tube design, flange design, charka design,, design and support design and on the flange should force and bearing stress check. The seal of the dyeing tube is designed and calculated, and the detail changes of the diameter of the connecting pipe are designed, so as to achieve the purpose of saving the leakage rate and reducing the leakage rate. 

Reasonable distribution of staining in order to achieve the highest price to each length of pipe.The flange and the dyeing pipe are connected by screw thread, which avoids the design requirement of the high pressure vessel, and reduces the leakage of the flange and the pipe wall. So add O ring protection device to reduce the wear of O ring, but also reduces the driving device of the work done. Install a can automatically lock the cut-off device in the feeding section, to avoid being squeezed out of charkha under high pressure problems. In addition, to the whole set of devices in some of the strength of the requirements of the structure to reduce the quality, reduce the amount of material.
