摘要高效率、高精度加工是数控机床加工最为主要的特点之一。利用数控机床加工,其产品加工的质量一致性好,加工精度和效率均比普通机床高出了很多,尤其在轮廓不规则、复杂的曲线或曲面、多工艺复合化加工和高精度要求的产品加工时,其优点是传统机床所无法比拟的。本次毕业设计研究的课题是某系汽车制动钳体加工工艺及装备设计,主要的内容如对零件进行分析,主要是零件作用、结构和工艺的分析,通过零件分析可以了解零件的基本情况,而工艺分析可以知道零件的加工表面和加工要求。根据零件图提出的具体加工要求,确定毛坯的制造形式和尺寸。进行基面的选择,确定加工过程中的粗基准和精基准。根据选好的基准,制定工艺路线方案,通常情况下制定两种以上的工艺路线方案,通过工艺方案的比较分析,再确定出可以使零件的几何形状、尺寸精度及位置精度等技术要求得到合理保证的工艺路线方案。根据已经确定的工艺路线,选择加工设备及工艺装备,再确定每一工步的切削用量。本文通过分析汽车制动钳的结构特点和加工要求,制定了一套较合理的加工工艺和夹具设计,从而为保证该零件的加工精度将提供一种经济实用的工艺装备,具有一定的实用价值。通过对各种定位夹紧装置的分析比较,选择并组合了一套既能够满足加工要求的,又比较简洁的装置及加工工艺制定,并对各工步进行数控编程。43814
