摘要在现代化的时候加速进程中,如何实现传输装置的便捷化是现在热点话题,而我研究的锚链加热传输装置就用到了最为重要的传输机构。锚链加热传输装置能在无人操作的情况下,将棒料送到或收集到指定位置,整个过程轻松便捷,很容易在自动化生产中得到运用。49807

我设计的机构是用电动机带动长轴进行转动,并用送料块的巧妙设计,很好的完成了一次只出一个棒料,承载量大,运行精准等优点,而取料机构,则突破了传统的带传动设计,采用斜坡自由滚动,方便可靠。根据锚链规格国标的查询,确定直径50mm到100mm棒料的长度分别为916mm到1832mm之间。传输是靠斜台架来实现的,而斜台架重点就是考虑斜台架的角度问题,这在后文中会详细的进行介绍,而取料装置的设计就要满足棒料从直径50mm到100mm之间都能做到一次只翻送过去一个棒料的前提条件。而且要在满足大棒料翻送的同时,还要满足小棒料的翻送,并且小棒料的翻送也要实现一次一个棒料的准则,而且取料装置还要能够实现棒料翻送时,棒料不会侧翻的现象,所以取料装置的横跨长短也是要考虑的问题,这是设计的难点,是重点要介绍的环节。
