摘要随着电脑的普及,鼠标成为了人们办公学习时的必需品。本课题根据选定的鼠标上盖,设计一套较高质量的注塑模具。首先使用 Pro/E 完成鼠标上盖的三文造型,并用Moldflow 软件进行模具注塑仿真,准确预测熔体的填充、保压、冷却情况,以及制品中的应力分布、分子和纤文取向分布、制品的收缩和翘曲变形等情况,从而选择最近的浇口位置以及为模具设计提供最佳方案。然后分别设计浇注系统、顶出机构、侧向抽芯机构、导向系统及固定和安装位置。最后使用Pro/E软件完成模具结构设计,依照手机可翻面板的形状、精度、大小、工艺要求以及Moldflow软件模流仿真所得到的设计参数,按照相应的设计步骤,最终完成可翻面板模具的全部设计。 8000

Title The plastic mould design of Mouse superstructure based on the moldflow simulation
Abstract
With the popularity of the computer ,mouse become essential items when
people work and study .This topic according to the provided 3D CAD model
of mouse superstructure, design a higher quality injection mold. First,
Using Pro / E software to complete the three-dimensional modeling of mouse
superstructure,and make a injection molding simulation using the Moldflow
software, to accurately predict the melt filling, packing, cooling as well
as the stress distribution, molecular and fiber orientation distribution
of products, such as shrinkage and warpage and thereby choose the closest
gate location, as well as providing the best solution for mould design.
Then, design the runner system,ejection mechanisms, side core-pulling
mechanism ,guide mechanism and fixed and installation position. Second,
use the Pro/E software to complete the structural design of mold, on the
basis of the shape , accuracy ,size, process requirements of mouse
superstructure and the design parameters from Moldflow software, according
to the corresponding design steps, eventually finish the plastic mould
design of mouse superstructure.
