翻转式四柱锁模机结构设计
摘要：本设计为翻转式四柱式锁模机。主机部分由活动横梁、直导柱、固定横梁、工作台、主缸、顶出缸等组成。本设计通过具体的工况分析及参数计算，制定控制方法。经方案对比之后，逐步拟定了机械系统结构图。61557
本课题设计的翻转式锁模机采用四柱导向，辅以轴承翻转结构完成小角度翻转，通过液压缸的推力进行向下施压。设计负责完成液压机的机械结构部分设计，包括设计完成机架部分、翻转机构、挤压机构、和总体结构。本说明书首先对液压机的用途、特点、分类等方面进行了综述，同时对液压机技术的发展趋势进行了展望；然后阐述了翻转式四柱液压机的结构型式，对所设计的各部分结构进行了校核计算，并提出了几点装配要求及注意事项，最后描绘出了装配后的液压机模拟图及主要技术参数，以便对所设计的液压机进行更直观的了解。
通过对机械结构受力分析以及验算，本文液压系统的设计可以满足液压机顺时针翻转45度角的动作要求，能够实现塑性材料的校正压装、板料冲压、金属冷挤和粉末冶金压制等。

Matches may serve as the folding machine or the shaper by the suitable mold, also available in formation material suppressed flange, as well as plastic and so on suppressed formation. This instruction booklet first to aspects and so on hydraulic press machine use, characteristic, classification has carried on the summary, simultaneously has carried on the forecast to the hydraulic press machine technology trend of development.
Based on the stress analysis and calculation of mechanical structure, hydraulic system is designed to meet the hydraulic machine rotate clockwise 45 degrees angle motion, can realize the plastic material compensate, sheet metal stamping, metal cold extrusion and powder metallurgy pressing etc.
