摘要: 根据任务书要求,对Φ12mm、Φ14mm和Φ15mm棒材连轧生产线孔型进行设计。某棒材厂改造前有17架轧机,主要生产规格Φ16~Φ50的圆螺钢。目前主要存在两个问题:一是2#机架压下量太大,存在设备隐患;二是目前粗轧1#~4#轧机采用箱-方孔型,孔槽磨损严重,经常发生非计划换辊,影响生产效率。针对以上问题,新增了0#粗轧机解决粗轧机延伸系数过大的问题并优化孔型系统,并使产品覆盖原小型厂Φ12、Φ14、Φ15规格。重点研究压下量和延伸系数的合理分配,尤其要降低粗轧延伸系数过大问题,把现有粗轧孔型系统改为椭圆-圆孔型系统。通过对现有各道次电机、机械能力测试和改进情况,进行孔型设计和校核。关键词: 棒材连轧;孔型设计;力能校核。8861
Pass design of bar continuous rolling production line
Abstract: According to the task,for the design of Φ12mm, Φ14mm, and Φ15mm bar rolling line of pass. There are 17 mill stand before the plant transformation of a bar,Φ16 ~ Φ50 round screw steel is the main production specifications. At present, there are two main problems: one is the 2# rack pressure is too big, there is hidden trouble of equipment; another is 1# ~ 4# roughing mill by box-square groove,groove wear serious, often unplanned roll change, influence the production efficiency. To solve these problems, added 0# roughing roughing extension coefficient to solve the problem of excessive and optimize pass system. Combined with the bar mill line increase a roughing mill,make products covered by the original former factory Φ12, Φ14, Φ15 specifications. Focus on the reduction and extension of the rational allocation coefficient, in particular to reduce excessive roughing extension coefficient problem, Roughing pass the existing system to the oval-round system. Each pass through the existing electrical, mechanical ability to test and improve the conditions for pass design and verification.
