摘  要:加工中心传动系统的设计以及主要螺杆的设计和计算及其支撑在现代生产行业中的应用发挥越来越重要的作用。 传动系统已经验证了好几次,达到了预期的效果。

    该加工中心适用于轻工机械等行业提高生产效率。不仅工具的位置和轨迹控制,而且具有自动换刀和补偿功能,具有高强度,刚度和抗冲击性。加工中心是灵活的,可以在最短的时间内适应产品的商业化。加工中心传动中心的设计由主机,数控系统,伺服驱动系统及相关附件三部分组成。在对以往研究成果的分析的基础上,根据指标的技术要求,对方案的初步制定进行了细化,展示,完善和总结。68722

Structural Design of Feeding Drive System in Machining Center

Abstract:CNC machine tools in the modern manufacturing industry plays an increasingly important role. This paper introduces the design idea and design process of feed center feed drive system. The design of the feed system and the design and calculation of the main screw and its support are introduced. And the feeding system was verified, and achieved the desired effect.

    The machine is suitable for light industry machinery and other industries to improve productivity. Not only the position and trajectory of the tool to control, but also with automatic tool change and compensation function, with high strength, stiffness and shock resistance. The machining center is flexible and can be adapted to the commercialization of the product in the shortest possible time. The design of the processing center to be used host, CNC system, servo and drive systems and related parts of three parts. Based on the analysis of the previous research results, according to the technical requirements of indicators, the initial formulation of the program to refine, demonstrate, improve and summarize.

    The feeding system of the machining center is responsible for the positioning and cutting of the linear axes of the machining center. The feeding system will affect the running status and accuracy of the whole machine. The design process should make feed stability and fast response characteristics. At the same time, there must be a reasonable control system, but also to drive components and mechanical transmission parameters of a reasonable choice, so that the entire feed system to work when the dynamic characteristics can match each other.

    After the study, the paper has achieved the expected results, completed the processing center feed drive system design and calculation. At the same time, the CNC machine tool feeding system design method research also achieved certain results.
