摘要四辊卷板机的卷板过程,属于金属冲压工艺的一种,即利用冲压成形设备产生的动 力,使板料在卷板机中直接产生塑性变形,获得需要的形状尺寸与受力性能。然而,由 于大众对于这类弯曲成形的认知还处于初级阶段以及弯曲过程对于熟练操作工的依赖, 卷板机的灵活应用和发展受到限制。因此,本文优化设计了高精度四辊卷板机的结构, 并对其受力性能进行分析。69385
针对高精度四辊卷板机的研究,本文完成的具体工作如下: 1、查阅相关的文献书籍资料,了解国内外四辊卷板机的研究现状,提出了可行的四辊卷板机方案。 2、针对提出的方案进行了设计计算,结合机械设计手册和参考文献,根据实际工作
要求,设计计算出了符合需求的高精度四辊卷板机,并绘制了高精度四辊卷板机的三维 结构图和重要零部件的工程图。
3、针对设计出的高精度四辊卷板机的关键零部件,运用有限元分析软件进行了性能 分析和强度校核。

Title Physical Design and Performance Analysis of the High-Precision Four-Roll Bender
Abstract
The continuous four-roll bending of sheet is one of the metal stamping process. It puts pressure on the plastic deformation directly in the roll bender,for a certain shape , size and mechanical behavior, by using the power produced from stamping equipment. However, the understanding of the bending operational mechanisms is still in its infancy, and its operation, at the present stage, still depends heavily upon the skill of operators. This restricts the flexible use and development of the four-roll bender. Therefore, this article optimize the structure of high-precision four-roll bender and analyze the mechanical behavior. The specific work of the high-precision four-roll bender which the article complete as following:
Firstly, find and read the relevant literature, to understand current research about high-precision four-roll bender, put forward feasible program of the high- precision four-roll bender.
Secondly, design and calculate the proposed scheme. Combined with mechanical design manuals and references, according to the actual job requirements, design and calculate high-precision four-roll bender meets your needs, and draw three-dimensional structure of the high-precision four-roll bender and the drawing of important parts.
Thirdly, use finite element analysis software to carry on performance analysis and strength check for the key components of the high-precision four-roll bender.
