摘要本文的工作基础是以某国产乘用车悬架系统的橡胶密封衬套的隔振机理进行 研究,通过剖切剖切橡胶衬套实物及测绘,建立了力学模型,并对其减振的机理 进行仿真分析,在此基础上,结合液压衬套的特点在原橡胶衬套的尺寸基础上改 造成液压橡胶密封衬套,参考相关的文献进行液压衬套的性能仿真,仿真结果表 明液压衬套更加符合该车的舒适性,平顺性,能有效提高整车的 NVH 性能。70357

液压橡胶衬套是一种近年来众多科研人员都在不懈研究的一种全新的隔振装 置,它的运用范围非常广泛,最主要是安装在车辆底盘的各个系统以及车身之间 的。液压橡胶衬套是在橡胶衬套的前提上,在橡胶衬套的里面凿出一个盛放液体 的液室,然后在液室里充满液体,从而成为液压橡胶衬套。通过这种发放的到的 液压橡胶衬套在各个方面上都能非常明显的提高车辆的隔振性能。但是直到现在 为止,关于液压橡胶衬套的核心技术,我国的各大这方面的公司并没有掌握这项 技术,因此我们对液压橡胶衬套在设计上的核心技术以及运用技术是非常迫切需 要获得的。

The axial vibration isolation performance of the hydraulic liner simulation analysis

Abstract The basis of this work is to a domestic passenger car suspension system of rubber sealing bushing isolation mechanism research, by cutting cutting rubber bushing and physical mapping, the mechanical model is established, and the damping mechanism simulation analysis, on this basis, combined with the characteristics of hydraulic bushings in the original rubber sleeve size based on the transformed into hydraulic rubber sealing bushing, performance simulation of hydraulic bushings with reference to the relevant literature. The simulation results show that the hydraulic bushings more in line with the comfort of the car, ride comfort, and can effectively improve the NVH performance of vehicle.

Hydraulic rubber bushing is a in recent years, many researchers are in the tireless research a new isolation device, its application scope is widely, the most important is installed between the various systems of the vehicle chassis and body. It is based on the rubber bushing, which is encapsulated into the liquid in the inner of the rubber bushing. Through this release to the hydraulic rubber bushing in all aspects can be very significantly improve the vibration isolation performance of  the vehicle.  But until now, the hydraulic rubber bushing on the core technology, in China,  the company did not grasp the this technology, so we on hydraulic rubber bushing in the design of core technology and the use of technology is very urgent need to acquire.
