摘要在建筑行业中,钢筋绑扎工程是重要的组成部分,因此钢筋绑扎设备的发展有着十分重要的实用价值。本文通过对国内外钢筋绑扎设备发展状况的研究,分析目前钢筋绑扎设备存在的一些问题,进行创新设计研发。目的在于解决盲区域的情况下进行钢筋绑扎作业,利用可视化领域研究的成像技术解决这一问题。针对本课题的任务确定了钢筋绑扎的工艺流程,进行了总体方案设计,包括钢筋绑扎设备机头的结构,伸缩控制杆的结构,传动机构等。利用三维软件进行绑扎结构三维模型设计, 运用ADAMS软件对绕勾的缠绕轨迹进行模拟分析,最后进行绑扎装置的结构尺寸和强度计算,确定绑扎设备的控制系统,并且进行设备的样机制作。70596

Blind operation area Reinforcement banding equipment research and development

Abstract

In the construction industry, the steel banding project is an important part, so the development of steel banding equipment has a very important practical value.

In this paper, through the research on the development of steel banding equipment at home and abroad, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the current steel banding equipment and carries on the innovative design research and development. The purpose is to solve the problem of blind area banding, the use of visual field research imaging technology to solve this problem. In order to solve this problem, the process of rebar banding is determined, and the overall scheme is designed, including the structure of the steel banding equipment, the structure of the telescopic lever and the transmission mechanism. Three-dimensional model design of the banding structure was carried out by using 3D software. The winding trajectory of the hook was simulated by ADAMS software. Finally, the structural size and strength calculation of the banding device were carried out to determine the control system of the banding equipment and the equipment prototype was made.
