摘要: 液压系统凭借着在单位体积内能输出功率高、组成结构简单、操作方便、 使用的寿命长等特点被广泛运用。如今,在机械制造业领域比如航天、航海、工业生产等都存在着液压传动的身影。液压泵是液压传动系统的重要组成部分,液压泵可以将机械能转换成液体的压力能。作为液压传动系统的心脏,它可以为液压系统提供足够的压力油。在液压系统中按照常用的泵结构分类可以分为:齿轮泵、叶片泵、柱塞泵和螺纹泵等。目前,在工业应用中齿轮泵的使用非常的广泛。本课题中研究的正是齿轮泵中的一种,通过对2cy系列中一种型号的齿轮泵的三维结构设计以及通过ANSYS软件进行壳体的优化设计,不仅可以充分地运用大学学习的相关知识对齿轮泵的的结构有更好的了解,还为齿轮泵的壳体优化提供了方式。在本次课题中,我的研究方向如下:通过齿轮泵结构的设计,对齿轮泵的结构及基本原理有简单了解;运用Solidworks软件完成设计工作,构建齿轮泵各零件的三维实体模型;转化为ANSYS的实体模型,生成齿轮泵壳体的有限元模型;对壳体进行力学特性分析;得出分析结果以及提出改善方案。71224

Abstract: Hydraulic transmission is widely used in aerospace, navigation, industrial production and other machinery manufacturing fields.Hydraulic system with high pressure, unit volume output greater power, flexible layout, convenient control, long life and so on.Hydraulic pump is an important part of hydraulic transmission system,Aahydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into the pressure energy of a liquid.As the heart of the hydraulic transmission system, it provides sufficient hydraulic pressure for the hydraulic system.In the hydraulic system, according to the commonly used pump structure classification can be pided into: gear pumps, vane pumps, piston pumps and thread pumps.At present, gear pumps are widely used in industrial applications.The subject of this thesis is a kind of gear pump,Through the 2CY series of a type of gear pump three-dimensional structure design, and through the ANSYS software for shell optimization design,Not only can we make full use of the relevant knowledge of university study, but also have a better understanding of the structure of gear pumps,It also provides a way to optimize the casing of gear pump.In this topic,My research directions are as follows:Through the design of gear pump structure, the gear pump structure and basic principles of a simple understanding;Solidworks software is used to complete the design work, and the 3D solid model of each part of the gear pump is constructed;An entity model transformed into ANSYS,A finite element model for generating gear pump housing,The mechanical characteristics of the shell are analyzed,Draw the analysis result and propose improvement plan.
