摘要:通过注塑出来的塑件在日常生活中随处可见,成为必不可少的一个重要组成部分。同时在注塑生产的过程中需要通过对塑件的全面分析和对模具的设计才能更加好地制造出产品。在当今社会上,注塑模具开始向低成本,高效率,结构简单的方向去发展。本文介绍了数码相机外壳的分析和注塑该塑件模具的设计,先分析了塑件的工艺,选取分型面和合适的注射机,并设计了浇注系统,成型塑件的凸凹模及其材料的选取,模架结构的选取,还设计了排气,冷却系统,决定了侧抽机构和导向机构的类型。最后获得了一个结构完整的模具,并能成功有效地注塑出数码相机外壳。本次还通过使用UG来进行三维建模,出图,对当今模具工业有着一定的作用。71222

Forming process analysis and die design of digital camera
Abstract: Plastic parts produced by injection can be seen everywhere in daily life and become an indispensable part. At the same time, in the process of injection molding production, it is necessary to make a better product through the overall analysis of plastic parts and the design of the mold. In today's society, injection mold began to low-cost, high efficiency, simple structure to develop. This paper introduces the design and analysis of digital camera shell injection started from the mold, the first analysis of the process of plastic parts, selection of parting surface and suitable injection machine, and the design of gating system, selection of plastic punch materials and parts, mold structure selection, design of exhaust the cooling system, determine the type of side core pulling mechanism and a guiding mechanism. Finally, a complete structure of the mold, and can successfully and effectively injection of digital camera shell. This also through the use of UG for three-dimensional modeling, drawing, the current mold industry has a certain role.
