摘要社会发展迅速,道路施工设备也应该变得越来越便捷,才能满足需求。在众多机械设备中,人们常常容易见的压路机就是其中的一种。压路机是属于压实设备,是一种不可缺少的工具,在压实、路面压实方面的技术也在不断更新,但是在国内,静作用压路技术远远比不上国外那么先进,我国的这种技术相对落后,它的操作系统大多都是采用的传统的机械传动,从整体来看,操作起来是非常沉重的,此时,我们必然要利用创新技术,必然要开发全液压压路机来替代传统的压路机。72319

我在利用书上的理论知识对压路机传动系统作了分析之后,又通过一系列数据的计算,终于完成了对YL25型轮胎压路机液压系统的设计。在现有YL25系列压路机的基础上,传动方案的改变,我们可以把原来的机械传动改为液压驱动。整个机床的液压系统有两个部分,包括行走和转向,与机械传动相比,液压传动的轮胎压路机的压实效果、爬坡能力、操作控制和整体布置等更具有优势。采用铰接式液压伺服转向,液压反馈采用液压转向装置,使整机灵活、转弯半径小,轨道重叠,铺层表面质量更好,操作更方便。总的来说,驱动系统采用全液压驱动,它是一个封闭的回路,前轮是用来实现压路机的压实作业,同时,压路机的转向和摆动也是通过前轮来实现,在这里,前轮采用的是机械式摆动式轮胎悬架装置。后轮跟车架刚性连接,由高速电机直接驱动轮侧减速器,减速器壳体与固定悬架连接在车体上。后轮有2个轴向柱塞马达,每一个都是由两轮驱动实现行走和工作。
