摘要此次我的本科毕业设计的题目为 YL25 型轮胎压路机的总体设计。近年来,我国国内经济迅猛发展,汽车走进千家万户,与此同时,道路的要求也愈来愈高。为了满足高速行驶的汽车,道路的建设就要求更加耐磨抗压。因此压路机的需求量不断增加,大吨位轮胎压路机开发是个亟需解决的热点问题。当下,国内生产的轮胎压路机有主要有16吨,20吨和30吨三种型号,并且都是由徐州工程机械集团有限公司生产制造的,并不能与社会需要形成供求平衡。在这样的背景之下YL25型轮胎压路机的设计与研发至关重要,只有成功研发出这类产品才能使经济真正得到稳步增长。

这次对YL25型轮胎压路机的总体设计针对现有的搜集来的一些国内外压实机械的发展资料,对压实技术进行了一次比较深入的研究,对前轮和后轮的结构进行了设计与分析,对其工作原理进行了剖析。本文深入探讨了轮胎压路机的压实特点、压实效果,详细的剖析了YL25型轮胎压路机的动力学特征和轮胎压实原理,并且由此设计出YL25型轮胎压路机的前轮和后轮的数学模型。本文通过对YL25型轮胎压路机的加速度、轮胎的作用力以及频率之间的关系等等因素进行分析,求得其质量大小、频率大小、振幅大小、发动机功率大小等压路机中常见的滚动性能参数并且实现了对滚动轮等关键技术结构的分析设计。72320

本文在对基本参数的确立与计算的基础上,对 YL25 型轮胎压路机进行了深入的研究,完成了本次课题。

Overall design of YL25 type tyre road roller

ABSTRACT The topic of my undergraduate course graduation design is the overall design of the YL25 type tire road roller。 In recent years, the rapid development of China's domestic economy, the car into thousands of households, at the same time, the requirements of the road is also getting higher and higher。 In order to meet the high-speed driving of the car, the road construction will require more wear resistance。 As a result, the demand of roller is increasing, and the development of large tonnage tire road roller is a hot issue to be solved。 At present, the domestic production of the tire road roller there are mainly 16 tons, 20 tons and 30 tons of three models, and are manufactured by the Xuzhou Construction Machellonery Group Inc。 In such a background, the design and development of YL25 tire road roller is very important, only successful research and development of this kind of products can make the economy grow steadily。

The overall design of the on the pressure of YL25 tire for existing compaction machinery combination have mastered the technology level, a simple description of the principle and method of wheel compaction technology, the pair of front and rear wheels structure design and analysis, and makes an analysis of its working principle。 This paper discusses the characteristics of tyre roller compaction, compaction effect, detailed analysis of the pressure YL25 type tire dynamic characteristics and wheel compaction principle, and then design a mathematical model of the front wheel and the back wheel of the pressure YL25 type tire。 The relationship between the frequency and force of pressure on YL25 type tire acceleration of, tires and so on factors analysis, obtained the size and quality, size frequency, amplitude, engine power size isobaric road machine common rolling performance parameters and the rolling wheel and the key technology of structure analysis and design。

In this paper, based on the establishment and calculation of the basic parameters, this paper studies the YL25 type tyre roller, and completes this project。
