摘要:搅拌设备在生活中的应用非常广泛,尤其是在化学工业中,经常应用到各式各样的化工生产。搅拌设备通常带有夹套来满足反应釜内部温度的要求,为了对罐体进行加热或冷却,在容器外壁附有完整独立的压力室,这种钢结构称为夹套容器。本次设计的预缩聚合釜的设计条件为:介质:低聚体;设备最高工作压力为2。50MPa,工作温度为295℃。夹套最高工作压力为2。00MPa,工作温度为330℃。搅拌器功率为1。5kW,转速为15转/分。设备总容积为2。0m3,传热面积为5m2。根据上述条件进行初步试算,若选用普通夹套容器,由于内筒体承受外压较大,筒体厚度需增加很多来抵抗失稳,不是经济的选择,因此本次搅拌设备型式选用半圆管夹套,经济合理,操作方便,同时可满足生产需要。罐体型式确定之后,对搅拌装置进行了设计,首先根据物料特性计算出搅拌轴的搅拌功率,计算出搅拌桨叶的厚度,根据标准及流体特性选取6片平直叶圆盘涡流式搅拌器,再选取电机、减速器、支架型号,这样就满足搅拌的要求。由于筒体内部压力较大,筒体轴封处选用机械密封型式,满足密封要求。72603
