摘要:变速器是当今交通工具乘用车中必不可少的重要部分,虽然手动变速器在换档时相对自动变速器而言会有较大的冲击,换挡操做也比较繁琐。如今在技术、生产方式上对于手动变速器的评价都是相对简单,同时还能保证极高的传动效率,成本也低不少,在现今的汽车市场上,仍有很多使用手动变速器的乘用车。同时,也随着经济的不断发展,道路交通存在很多问题,自动变速器被更多大众接受,变速器的发展方向也渐渐像自动化靠拢,因而,本设计的主旨是设计一款手自一体化的变速器,可以在道路拥堵的路段解放手脚,在开阔的路段感受手动换挡的驾驶乐趣。本文之中所提到的设计还在初期,整个设计从在校所学的机械设计基本原理出发,进行一些较为基础的计算,对变速器内主要相关的零部件进行设计选用,并进行校核确保设计可行性,对自动变速的系统进行相关的介绍。73743
