摘要:振动压路机是一种高效的压实机械,广泛应用于道路建设施工中。对国内外压实机械发展史的研究,把握压实技术和压实机械的发展趋势及最新动态,为冲击振动压路机的提出提供了依据。
我国压路机,整体技术水平与国外相比仍有差距,主要表现在:产品型号不全、重型和超重型压路机生产数量和品种仍然较少、专用压实设备缺乏、综合技术经济指标和自动控制方面仍低于国外先进水平。9579
本论文在理论分析和计算的基础上,完成了振动冲击组合式压实试验机的总体和传动系统、振动轮总成、冲击系统等主要部件的设计。对于普通手扶式振动压路机,其在方案、结构和设计方法上进行了部分改动:采用电动机的传动方案,通过v带带动皮带轮的转动实现振动和冲击双重压实,与普通手扶式振动压路机相比在压实效果、质量分配、操作控制和整体布局方面具备更大优势。行驶结构采用机器牵引车架向前行驶。激振器设计成振动轴加一个固定的偏心块的形式,结构简单,成本低。冲击装置采用蛙式打夯机的原理,在冲击轴的中间固定一个偏心块,偏心块的转动带动夯板的上下移动,夯实地面。减振系统采用橡胶减振器,使压路机的行驶更平稳。   
     本课题提出的振动冲击组合式压实实验机,结合了振动压路机和蛙式打夯机两种机器的优点,提高机器对土壤的压实效果和压实深度,同时克服蛙式打夯机冲击压实后路基的不均匀性,提高道路工程的经济效益和社会效益。

Combined Shock And Vibration Compaction Tester
Abstract:Vibratory compaction is an efficient machine, widely used in the construction of road construction.     On the basis of theoretical analysis and calculation , the completion of the design of the main components of the shock and vibration modular compaction testing machine overall and driveline vibration of the wheel assembly , impact system.For ordinary walk-behind vibratory rollers , some changes in the program , structure and design methods:Motor drive solutions v belt drive pulley rotation dual vibration and shock compaction have greater advantages , compared with the ordinary walk-behind vibratory roller compaction effect , weight distribution, operation control and the overall layout .The traveling structure using the the machine tractor frame moving forward . The form of the axis of vibration is to add a fixed eccentric weight exciter design , simple structure and low cost.The impact device breaststroke ramming machine principle , in the impact shaft in the middle of fixed eccentric , eccentric driven rotation of the ram plate moves up and down , solid ground . Rubber shock absorber damping system , so that the roller driving more smoothly .
   The subject of shock and vibration combined compaction testing machine , combined with the advantages of a vibratory roller and the breaststroke Fulling two machines to improve machine effect of soil compaction and compaction depth , while overcoming the impact of the breaststroke Fulling the compacted subgrade uneven road works to improve the economic and social benefits .
