摘 要:叶轮类零件是一类具有代表性且造型比较规范的、典型的通道类复杂零件,其形状特征明显,工作型面的设计涉及到空气动力学、流体力学等多个学科,因此曲面加工手段、加工精度和加工表面质量对其性能参数都有很大影响。故叶轮的设计与制造密不可分。传统的叶轮加工方法是叶片与轮毂采用不同的毛坯,分别加工成形后将叶片焊接在轮毅上。此方法不仅费时费力,且叶轮的各种性能难以保证。
近年来,多轴数控技术尤其是五轴数控技术的发展使得叶轮的整体加工成为可能并日益普及。本论文以整体叶轮曲面造型及数控加工等为核心内容,基于UG NX软件完成整体叶轮的CAD模型设计及Min-Max模型叶片侧铣加工刀位规划软件程序,对整体叶轮的五轴数控加工进行了较为全面的研究。讨论了利B样条曲线插值反求直纹面叶片型线的方法,进而借助UG完成了直纹面形式的整体叶轮几何造型。数控加工是CAD/CAM技术中的重要环节之一,刀位轨迹规划又是数控加工技术的关键,本文也重点讨论了整体叶轮零件的刀位轨迹规划问题, 基于Min-Max模型叶片侧铣加工刀位规划软件程序完成复杂曲面五轴计算机辅助编程, 刀具路径轨迹仿真,生成NC代码,后置处理程序编制,在HS664高速铣削加工中心完成样件试切。9588

Impeller geometric modeling and five-axis NC machining based on Min-Max Method
Abstract: Impeller parts is a kind of representative and modelling more specifications, typical channel complex parts, the shape characteristic, the type work involves the design of multiple subjects such as aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, so the curved surface machining means, machining precision and surface quality has great influence on its performance parameters. So the impeller design and manufacturing are inseparable. The traditional impeller machining method is to use different blank blade and hub, respectively processing after forming the blade welding on the wheel is necessary. In recent years, multi-axis nc technology especially the development of five-axis numerical control technology has made it possible overall impeller machining and the increasing popularity. This paper surface modeling and nc machining of integral impeller is the core content, based on UG NX software complete CAD model design of integral impeller blade and Min - Max model side milling cutter location planning software programs, for five axis nc machining of integral impeller has carried on the comprehensive research. B-spline curve interpolation is discussed in reverse ruled surface blade type line method, and then with the aid of UG completed ruled surface in the form of integral impeller geometric modelling. NC machining is one of the important part of CAD/CAM technology, tool path planning is the key to NC machining technology, this paper also discusses the integral impeller parts of tool path planning problem, based on the Min - Max model blade side milling cutter location planning software can complete the whole process of complex curved surface computer aided programming, five-axis tool path trajectory simulation, generate NC code, the rear processing programming, HS664 in high speed milling machining center to finish sample test.
