摘要本设计是关于油漆刷制刷机灌胶机构的设计。现阶段在的油漆刷工业化生产中，灌胶技术相对不太完善，很多中小型企业生产线上灌胶部分都是使用人工代替。所以设计了经济、方便、结构简单、适用于大多油漆刷生产线的灌胶结构。73864

为了设计出工厂生产中所需要的油漆刷制刷机灌胶机构，需要对油漆刷的生产要求进行分析，理解灌胶机构在油漆刷制刷的过程中所起到的作用，经过讨论和分析，油漆刷制刷机灌胶机构的功能主要有：上料、注胶、摇匀、倒胶、下料几个步骤。然后对每一个步骤进行详细的分析和功能的实现，上料和下料部分考虑到装夹问题，相应的设计了夹具和夹具导向机构；注胶部分的设计主要有注胶机的选择，注胶位置选择，如何控制准确的注胶等。摇匀可以通过链在传动中的特性，对链的传动方向进行改进，从而达到摇匀的目的；倒胶同样利用的是传动机构的特性，根据传动链所经过的位置不同，实现倒出多余胶水的目的。

本设计主要包括油漆刷制刷机灌胶机构的上料、注胶、摇匀、倒胶、下料部分，通过链传动带动整个机构从而完成油漆刷的灌胶。

Design of the glue filling mechanism of paintbrush making machine

Abstract The design is about the structure of glue filling paintbrush making machine。 At this stage, in the industrial production of paintbrushes, the technology of filling glues is not perfect relatively。 The part of filling glues of the production line of many medium and small-sized enterprises is replaced by manual work。 Thus, the economic, convenient structure of filling glues with simple structure applies to most paintbrush production line。

In order to design the structure of glue filling paintbrush making machine in factory production, we need to understand the procedure of making paintbrushes of the structure of filling, and the analysis of the production requirement of paintbrushes。 After discussion and analysis, the main functions of the structure of filling glues paintbrush making machine are sending the material, pouring in glues, shaking up the glues, pouring out glues and taking down the material。 Then, make a detailed analysis for each step in the process and make these functions come true。 The fixed problem if the part of sending and taking down the material has to be taken into account, in order to deal with it, the fixture and guiding device are designed in proportion; the designs of the part of filling glues are mainly about the choice of filling glues machine, the choice of filling glues position, how to control filling glues exactly and so on。 It can improve the chain transmission direction with the feature of chains during transmission, so as to shake up the glues; filling in glues is also taken advantage of the transmission structure’s feature, transmission chains pass different position to pour out superfluous glues。

The design mainly include the parts of sending the material, pouring in glues, shaking up the glues, pouring out glues and taking down the material of the structure of glue filling paintbrush making machine, driven by a chain transmission to complete the entire paintbrush glue filling。
