摘要新生儿黄疸是一种新生儿多发病症,生理表现为胆红素代谢异常,血清中胆红素浓度升高。如果发现或治疗不及时,很可能发展为胆红素脑病从而严重危害患儿的健康。经皮黄疸仪与传统的抽血检验的方法相比,有着方便快捷、无创无痛、可实现动态监测的突出优点,未来随着经皮黄疸仪精度的不断提高,其在黄疸检测领域发挥的作用必将更加重要。
本文通过建立血清胆红素测量的数学模型,对经皮胆红素和血清胆红素的相关性进行了回归分析。同时基于无创检测原理和双波长的差动技术,选择460nm和550nm两束光波作为差动输入,并利用同轴光纤为传光介质,设计高精度光电转换电路,建立了一套新生儿黄疸的光电测量系统。74277

Title Design of photoelectric measuring system for jaundice detection of the neonatus
Abstract Neonatal jaundice is a kind of common disease of the newborn, which physiological performance is the abnormal bilirubin metabolism, and the serum bilirubin concentration increased。 If the discovery or treatment is not timely, it is likely that the development of bilirubin encephalopathy may seriously harm the health of children。 Compared with the traditional method of jaundice detection, the percutaneous jaundice detector has the advantages of convenient, rapid, non-invasive painless, and can realize dynamic monitoring。 In the future, with the continuous improvement of the accuracy of the percutaneous jaundice detector, the role of it in the field of jaundice detection is bound to be more important。 In this paper, a mathematical model for the measurement of serum bilirubin was established, and the correlation between the serum bilirubin and the serum bilirubin was analyzed。 Also based on non-invasive detection principle and dual wavelength technology, 460 nm and 550 nm two wavelengths are used as the input of the differential, and use coaxial optical fiber for optical media transmission, high precision photoelectric conversion circuit designed, a neonatal jaundice of photoelectric measuring system is established。
