摘要对于这次研究汽车D柱加强板,关系到汽车整体的安全性,以及对于车主开车时的舒适性有着很大的影响,对汽车D柱加强板的设计时,应用到有限元法对汽车D柱加强板进行静力学分析以及动态特性分析,并且对其结构的强度进行评价以及分析总结。必须要充分掌握机械零件的分析方法,这样才能对零件提出更好地分析理解,这样可以对零件提出一些设计优化,提高其性能,均有很大的意义。76887

现如今有限元分析也愈来愈显得格外重要,涉及的领域也是越来越多,包括航天航空、船舶、汽车等诸多大型领域,以有限元分析为基础的设计方案已成为了主流研究思想。在运用到有限元分析法时,分解了机械零件的表面,变成了一个个细小的单元,相当于把求解域分解成有限数量的未知量去求解,有限元分析是把简单的问题代替了复杂的问题,在进行求解,然而由于是近似分析,所以求出的解为近似解。

本次采用ANSYS Workbench 15。0版本对汽车D柱加强板进行有限元分析在UG中建立有限元模型,并且按照要求对汽车D柱加强板进行静力学分析,同时对零件本身进行动态分析,并且提取前六阶模态振型图,得到它本身的固有频率以及相对应的变形样式图,最后可以根据静态分析以及动态分析下对零件提出优化改进。

Now in the field of engineering, finite element analysis plays more and more important role, involved in the field is more and more, including aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile and so on many large areas, with finite element analysis based design has become the mainstream theory。 In the application to finite element analysis, decomposition of the mechanical parts of the surface, into one small unit, equivalent to the problem domain is decomposed into a finite number of unknowns to solve, finite element analysis is the simple problems instead of the complicated problem, in solving。 However, due to the approximate analysis, so seeking for the solution for approximate solutions。

The use of ANSYS Workbench version 15。0 for automobile a column reinforcing plate in UG to establish a finite element model for the finite element analysis, and in accordance with the requirements of automobile a column reinforcing plate static analysis, dynamic analysis of the part at the same time, and a graph of the first six order modal shape is extracted, its natural frequency and corresponding deformation pattern of, finally according to the static analysis and dynamic analysis of parts put forward optimization and improvement。
