摘要现代造船模式下的分段建造法,与传统造船模式的整体建造法不同,其大大减少 了船体建造的周期,提高建造效率。本论文主要研究分段建造中的分段生产设计,以 现场施工为出发点,将生产施工所用到的工艺信息反映到图纸上。以某平台风机房分 段的生产设计为例,以 TRIBON 建模为工具,建立风机房分段的简单模型。通过分 段模型的建立,了解该分段的详细工艺信息。分段生产设计研究的侧重点为分段生产 设计图纸,对生产设计图纸的深入研究,了解现场施工到底需要哪些信息,这就是出 图的目的所在。79088
一个分段的完整生产设计图纸包括工作图,加工图,组立图以及零件表等,每一 份图纸都对应着一种工艺或工序,如加工图对应零件的加工,组立图对应着分段的装 配,型材下料图对应型材的加工形式等等。可以说分段生产设计就是以图纸的形式来 模拟造船。图纸对应着工艺工序,介绍完图纸就到了工艺工序环节。在本文中只介绍 了部分常用的分段工艺内容,如钢材的预处理,构件的加工和分段装配等相关工艺流 程。从图纸到生产施工,这就是分段生产设计的意义所在。通过分段生产设计的研究, 初步了解了从图纸到施工是一个怎样的过程以及分段生产设计的重要性:要想提高船 体建造的质量就必须要先做好生产设计。

Complete production design drawings of a block includes working drawings, processing drawings, assembly drawings and parts table etc。 Each drawing corresponds to a process, such as the processing drawing corresponds to the processing of parts, the assembly drawing corresponds to the assembly of block, the profile processing drawing corresponds to the processing of the profile and so on。 It can be said that the block design production is to simulate shipbuilding by drawings。 Drawings corresponds to a process, then we learn the block process after introducing the drawings。 This paper only introduces the part of the commonly used block process, such as the pretreatment of steel, the processing and assembly of parts and other related processes。 Drawings corresponding to the production, this is the significance of the block production design。 Through the research of the block production design, we understand the importance of the the design of the block production and how it goes from the drawing to the production, if we want to increase the quality of the hull construction the production design must be well done。
