摘要: 信息化已渗透到制造业的每一个领域,无论是以计算机辅助设计(CAD)为基础的产品零件设计阶段还是以计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)为基础的零件加工工艺设计。这些技术的运用对企业产品设计方式,工艺设计方式产生了重大的变化。现如今的制造业信息化要求每个计算机辅助应用相结合,打破各个设计环节的信息孤岛,使产品信息从设计之处就贯穿整个设计过程。在最终设计完成后将各个环节设计数据存储,使其能达到重用,为下一产品设计服务。因此要求计算机辅助设计(CAD)能与其下游应用相结合,并在计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的基础上将加工工艺设计信息化并使用特定的计算机语言存储于数据库中将其信息重用。本文将分析某型号汽车发动机缸体零件的加工工艺,利用西门子三维设计软件NX特征识别技术,对其加工工艺设计过程进行优化。79852
本文首先对西门子三维设计软件NX的特征识别技术原理进行讲解。描述其产品零件的特征识别方法,加工工艺筛选,加工工序选择过程,加工工序创建过程。然后在此基础上介绍利用XML标记语言对产品零件特征加工工艺的信息化存储,选择方法进行定义以及根据零件特征如何自定义加工方式。
本文最后分析某型号汽车发动机缸体加工工艺,以NX软件特征识别技术以及其集成功能优化其工艺设计过程。通过相关的示例验证本文研究的基于NX软件的工艺规程方法不仅在技术上可行,还具有较强的实用性。

Optimization of Engine Cylinder Manufacturing Based on Feature-Based Machining Technology
Abstract: informationize has penetrated into every area of the manufacturing industry, whether it is a computer-aided design (CAD) -based product design stage or a computer-aided process design (CAPP) -based part process design。 The use of these technologies on the enterprise product design, process design has produced significant changes。 Today's manufacturing information requires that each computer-aided application be combined to break the information silos across the design aspects so that product information is designed throughout the design process。 In the final design is completed after the various aspects of design data storage, so that it can be reused for the next product design services。 Computer-aided design (CAD) is therefore required to be integrated with its downstream applications and to process the process design based on computer-aided process design (CAPP) and to store its information in a database using a specific computer language。 This paper will analyze the machining process of the cylinder parts of a certain type of automobile engine, and optimize the process design process by using the Siemens 3D design software NX feature recognition technology。
This thesis first explains the principle of characteristic recognition technology of Siemens 3D design software NX。 Describe the product identification of its product parts, processing technology screening, processing process selection process, the process of creating the process。 And then on the basis of the use of XML markup language on the product parts of the process of information processing technology, storage, selection method to define and how to customize the parts according to the characteristics of processing methods。
At the end of this thesis, the processing technology of a cylinder engine is analyzed, and the process design process is optimized with NX software feature recognition technology and its integrated function。 Through the related examples, the method of NX software based on the research is not only technically feasible but also has strong practicability。
