摘要随着科学技术的不断进步,包装印刷业生产朝着集成化、智能化方向发展,集中 体现为包装印刷机械生产自动化。而在整个印刷包装行业中模切机的地位举足轻重, 其品种很多,自动化程度参差不齐。在这些不同类型的模切机中,立式平压平模切机 在我国包装印刷业的使用率很高,但自动化水平较低多为半自动化产品。其技术含量 低,操作者劳动强度大且不安全,对我国包装行业的发展极其不利。83009

本文分析了立式模切机的工作特性包括其模板工作轨迹、上下料操作特点、工作 周期等,得出自动上下料装置实现动作的功能要求。并追踪查阅国内外相关研究,归 纳整理了目前现有的立式模切机自动上下料装置结构形式的优缺点。在此基础上,研 发设计了一种新的自动上下料装置,提高工作效率,改善劳动条件。

本文基于立式模切机自动上下料装置上下料动作的功能需求,以及现有的自动上 下料装置结构形式,提出了几种可行性方案,经过对比分析,选出功能性经济性最强 的方案进行设计。应用收料曲柄在运动过程中典型的受力点,计算出电动机的功率; 然后,重点设计了上下料机构的传动部分,主要包括电动机到主转轴以及由主转轴分 解到各个执行件的传动机构;提出了解决上料不连续以及凸轮摆杆机构放大角度小于 90 度的关键技术。

应用 SOLIDWORKS 软件的运动仿真模块,验证上下料机构的实现原理是否正确以 及检查机构之间的干涉。并分析本次设计中的控制对象及其控制要求,确定控制对象 及动作触发方式。

运动仿真结果表明:上下料原理能够实现预期的动作,并且机器的生产成本较低, 控制对象较少,便于安装调试,易于维护。

Abstract With the unceasing progress of science and technology, packaging and printing industry is developing to the integration and intelligent, which mainly reflects the manufacturing automation of packaging and printing machinery。 The die cutting machine with a wide variety has an important role in this industry, and its automation degree is uneven。 Vertical die cutting machines are used frequently in China whose automation degree is much lower。 Three factors that low content of technology, strong labor intensity and unsafety are seriously detrimental to the development of Chinese packaging industry。

Via analyzing performance characteristics of vertical die cutting machine including its template operation track, feeding and unfeeding operating feature and its operation period, we gain the functional requirement of feeding and unfeeding device。 Based on consulting a large number of domestic and international research and reorganizing advantages and disadvantages of existing loading and unloading device, a new automatic loading and unloading device is designed in this paper, which can improve the work efficiency and labor condition of die cutting machine effectively。

Based on existing structures of automatic feeding and unfeeding device and the functional requirement of vertical die cutting machine and feeding and unfeeding device, there are several feasible plans in this paper。 Via comparing and analyzing, we choose the best plan in economy and carry on the detailed design。 According to the force analysis of typical operating position, the power of motor is worked out。 Then mainly design the drive part of automatic feeding and unfeeding device, including the drive part from motor to principal axis and the axis to the operating structures。 And this paper work out the paper feeding successively and the wide-angle rod of pendulum。

With the assistance of SOLIDWORKS Simulation, we can verify the feeding and unfeeding motion and its interference。 The analysis of control object and its control requirement is carried out in this paper and we can ascertain the control object and control signal。
