摘要本课题依照设计任务书的要求,设计一个 50 t 的六流漩流中间包结构。设计的内 容主要包括中间包容积的计算,中间包内腔尺寸的设计,中间包中堰,坝尺寸设计, 还有漩流室位置以及尺寸设计,并绘制出所设计中间包主要部分及整体 CAD 图形。83562
本文设计中间包的容积为 15 m3,中间包的外框结构为 T 型。中间包内腔尺寸包括 钢液面到中间包底部的深度是 1000 mm,包口长度为 13482 mm,包口宽度分别为5363。8 mm,中间包侧壁斜度为 10 度。中间包内衬分为三层,总厚度共计 700 mm, 保温层用石棉板填充,永久层用黏土砖填充,工作层是厚度最厚为 540mm,用镁质 绝热板填充。选用塞棒来控制中间包中水口流量。堰的长为 200 mm,上堰宽为 1923 mm,下堰宽为 1662mm,高度为 750 mm;坝的长为 200 mm,上坝宽为 1804。7mm, 下坝宽 1500 mm,高度为 850 mm。本文采用圆柱形的漩流室,漩流室的直径为 400 mm,
高度 300 mm。
