摘要：随着全球环境的日益恶化，许多国家越来越关注食品的绿色安全问题，正当的绿色壁垒反映了各国对环境问题的重视，同时也成为贸易保护的一种新手段。但是，随着绿色壁垒被越来越多国家接受后，许多发达国家对发展中国家制定了一些高要求，以至于在原来的出口贸易上产生了许多纠纷，而我国的农产品出口正面临着这一大难题。本文通过我国农产品出口中涉及到的关键因素及现状进行分析总结，以更加清晰了解我国农产品出口的问题。在此基础上，全面阐述了我国农产品出口的现状和优劣势，结合国外的成功经验，有针对性的提出相关对策。如今，绿色壁垒已经成为我国农产品出口的最大障碍，应对“绿色壁垒”的挑战，必须树立环保和质量安全意识,不断改善对外政策，从自身出发，寻求发展对策。24444

The Influence of Green Barrier on Chinese Agricultural Products Export and the Resolution
Abstract: With the worsening of environment, many countries pay more attention to the green safety problems of food. The green barrier has reflected that every country is seriously caring about environment. At the same time, the green barrier has already become one kind of new means of trade protects. But many developed countries set some high requirements on the developing countries after more and more countries accepted the green barrier, which causes many disputes on the basis of the original export trades, while our exports of agricultural products are facing the big problem. The article tends to give a clear idea of the problems of our exports of agricultural products through making analysis and summary of key factors and current situation refer to development of our exports of agricultural products. On this basis, a comprehensive description has been made about current situation of our exports of agricultural products, state of development and strength & weakness of its development. Combine with the successful development experience of foreign countries, and relative countermeasures have been put forward. Now the green barrier has already become the biggest obstacle of our country’s agricultural exports. In order to address the challenges of “Green Trade Barrier”, it is necessary to establish a sense of environmental protection and quality safety, and improve foreign policy constantly. Starting from ourselves, seek countermeasures of development.
