摘 要:在互联网普及且飞速发展的今天,互联网企业相互之间的合并逐渐增多,成为并购市场上不可忽视的力量。互联网企业不断变化创新的新特点导致了互联网企业在并购时出现了并购新风险,怎样识别和控制这些风险成了互联网企业并购所必须考虑的问题。本文在互联网企业并购的理论综述的基础上,以共享单车为案例,对共享单车目前的现状以及未来的前景进行研究分析,并对共享单车未来并购出现的风险进行分析和控制,依照并购活动的不同阶段提出不同的风险对策。85558
