摘 要：在非大型企业融资过程中的信用担保机构的引入，可以减少信用缺失导致的抵押贷款融资困难，提高信用水平，金融机构贷款份额的风险，但自上世纪90年代以来，中国已经建立了一个政策，互助、商业这三种方式，它们在在缓解我国集资难、诚信等级提高和信用体系的完善方面发挥至关重要的作用。然而这个体系尚存一些亟待解决的问题，中小企业信用担保体系的主导模式的选择以及其他模式是否发展与怎样发展需要加强研究，因此本文主要比较和研究机构的发展现状、特点以及对策措施。85966

Abstract: Introduced in the process of small and medium-sized enterprise financing credit guarantee institutions, can reduce the mortgage, credit is not congruent financing difficulties, and improve the credit level, share the loan risk of financial institutions。 Since the 1990 s, China has established policy, mutual and commercial guarantee institutions of the three patterns, in alleviating the financing difficulties, the development of credit rating and credit system consummation has played a vital role。 However there is some problems urgently to be solved in this system, the choice of the dominant mode of small and medium-sized enterprises credit guarantee system, and other model development and how to development needs to strengthen research, thus in this paper, we compare and research organization development present situation, characteristics and countermeasures。
