摘 要：自从我国加入世界贸易组织以后，我国经济得到了快速的发展，国内的中小型企业也如同雨后春笋般迅速发展壮大。成本管理是一个企业长远发展和生存必须要考虑的重要因素之一，企业的成本管理最重要的方面有三个，首先是要对该企业生产产品进行科学的成本预算，其次是企业如何在未来生存下来并且获得合理的经济效益，最后是企业未来发展方向的规划。本文以淮安创辉有限公司为例，分析该公司成本管理现状及存在的问题，并且根据该公司成本管理上的不足提出可行的建议。85907
