摘 要:重组是加快企业成长速度重要的方式。而作为其重要形式之一的资产重组，对企业的产权结构、资产及存在的形式进行重新的组合，通过减少交易费用的方法达到交易效率被提高的目的，最终让资源的配置得到优化，但企业资产重组涉及诸多因素的改变如资产、结构等，若资产重组过程中任一环节出现问题，都可能导致重组失败。本课题拟以神马实业股份有限公司为例，通过对企业资产重组失败介绍，阐述资产重组过程中常见的重组失败原因，并提出避免重组失败可采取的对策，提高企业资产重组的成功率，推进企业的快速发展。91245
