摘要:2016年7月，为了积极响应国家“十三五”规划的号召，交通部出台了一系列促进企业物流“降本增效”的改革方案。控制成本在物流条线中的有效实施，对中国未来的国民经济和整个社会发展来说，都具有极其特殊的现实意义。如今，我国物流水平还是比较落后，所以改善我国物流现状势在必行。本文以江苏省烟草公司为例，从研究的背景与意义、物流条线成本控制的必要性、物流条线的现状分析、物流条线成本控制中存在的问题以及物流条线成本控制的措施这五个方面来研究，从而达到物流条线成本控制的目的。92065
