摘要：对财务报表的分析是评价一家上市公司财务状况是否良好、经营成果是否优质的重要工具。从上市公司财务报表的分析中可以获取企业的财务能力状况。投资者、债权人和政府作为财务报表的使用者，从中分析财务信息并得出结论是至关重要的。本文以内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司（以下简称内蒙古伊利集团）为案例，首先解释了对上市公司财务报表作出分析的定义、意义及方法，接着以内蒙古伊利集团2014-2016年财务报表为依据，运用杜邦分析法，通过分析公司的盈利、偿债、营运能力等财务指标，综合评价了内蒙古伊利集团的财务能力。本文针对从内蒙古伊利集团财务报表分析中所反映的财务上存在的问题提出建议，以进一步优化上市公司的财务报表分析，提高财务管理水平，提升财务能力。92563

Abstract：The analysis of the financial statements is an important tool for assessing whether a listed company's financial position is good and whether the results are high。The financial capacity of enterprises can be obtained from the analysis of listed company's financial statements。 It is important for users of the financial statements ,such as investor, creditor and the government,to analysis the financial information and go conclusion。The paper, takes the Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co。, Ltd。 (referred to Inner Mongolia Yili Group in the following article) as an case。 First, explain the definition of the financial statements of listed companies,as well as the meaning and methods。Second, take the 2014-2016 financial statements of Inner Mongolia Yili Group as the basis, using DuPont analysis method, through the analysis of the company's profitability, debt service, operational capacity and other financial indicators, to make a comprehensive evaluation of the Inner Mongolia Yili Group's financial capacity。 This paper makes some suggestions on the financial problems reflected in the analysis of financial statements of listed companies to further optimize the financial statements of listed companies, and improve the level of financial management as well as  enhance the financial capacity。
