摘  要：资本市场的日趋成熟与发展给投资者带来了更多的机会，这与上市公司的自愿性信息披露是分不开的，但它在我国的发展历史还较短，而且还有许多亟待解决的问题。本篇文章首先把我国上市公司的自愿性信息披露的现在发展状况和国外的信息披露体系作出比较，提出仍然存在的问题和其中的原因，采用了2010年和2011年房地产行业的年报数据分析其自愿性信息披露的程度。本文的主要贡献在于根据最新的政策文件总结归纳了适用于我国经济发展的自愿性信息披露内容，针对上市公司自愿性信息披露方面依然留存的问题，提出一些较为有用的改善建议。其中，上市公司内部能够通过规范自愿性信息披露的内容来提高信息披露质量，有关部门应完善相应的法律法规，在加强监管力度的同时也需要对上市公司披露的一些内容加以保护，还可以建立为投资者提供咨询服务的中介服务机构等。64702

Abstract: The maturing and development of the capital market brought more opportunities for investors, it is inseparable with the voluntary information disclosure of listed companies, but its development history in our country is short , and there are many problems to be solved. This article will compare our current situation with foreign mature system of information disclosure, and put forward the existing problems and main influencing factors. Taking example by foreign research methods and conclusions, analysising the extent of voluntary information disclosure by adopting 2010 and 2011 annual report data of real estate industry.  The main contribution of this paper is according to lastest policy document summarized the voluntary information disclosure for China's economic development, aiming at the problems of voluntary disclosure of listed companies, to improve some of the more useful advice. Among them, the listed companies can improve their quality by specific the content of voluntary information disclosure. Related departments should perfect the corresponding laws and regulations and protect the content of some listed companies along with strengthen supervision to listed company, they can also set up intermediary service agencies to provide consulting service for investors , and so on. Therefore, the study of Chinese listed companies' voluntary disclosure has important practical and theoretical significance.
