摘 要：在这个经济飞速发展的时代，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，每个行业都有特点，而且在外部经济环境中面临着很多不确定因素，企业面临着的风险日渐加剧。由于“高风险高收益”，在风险给企业带来收益的同时，也不可避免的使企业面临巨大的风险，一旦经营管理出现纰漏，无疑会使企业涉入财务危机的困境，更甚至濒临破产。本文对企业现金流量进行了简单研究，提出现金流量可以反映企业的财务情况的看法，并且举例对关于现金流量的部分财务预警指标进行简要分析说明，得出了一些结论。 77878

Abstract：Competition between enterprises is more and more fierce,with the rapid economic development。 Each industry has different feature。There are many uncertain factors in the external economic environment which make enterprises face more risks。 Because of “High risk brings high income,”risk can bring benefits to enterprises,but enterprises may face great risk 。 When it comes to risk, enterprises will be involved in financial crisis, even on the edge of bankruptcy。This article focus on the research of “cash flow” 。And it suggest that cash flow can reflect the views of the financial situation。What’s more, some examples are made on the financial early warning indicators ,for a brief description。Finally some conclusions are drawn。
