Simulation of lake ecosystem and Study on physiological form of cyanobacteria
Abstract: Lake ecosystem simulation is an important means in studying the structure, movement rules, equilibrium and stability of a lake ecosystem. The simulation system can be used to research in the mechanism and the control measures. It can also be used as an useful tool for lake water environmental management. This paper introduces in detail the design principle, framework, function, running condition, parameters and so on of a lake ecosystem simulation system. By the aid of the OOMAS model and data collected from Lake region, the research on the techniques of establishing a lake ecosystem dynamical model has been conducted.OOMAS model is used to simulate the nitrogen, water temperature and the distributing and the change of the main water environmental factors including TN,TP,Chl-a and DO etc. It is used to analyze the factors of the ecosystem system structure of Lake and algae growth, study the relation between physical and chemical factors and the process of algae bloom. The relation between the the factors of the ecosystem system structure. The basis to father the eutrophication of Lake synthetically and roundly is provided thereby.

1前言
中国是一个多湖泊国家,湖泊总面积超过七万平方米,约有两万多个湖泊。大约占世界天然湖泊的十分之一,大于一千平方米的天然湖泊就有两千三百余个,大约占陆地总面积的百分之零点八。由于大多数湖泊处于东南沿海的平原地区,经济发达,人口稠密,再加上人民生活水平的提高,非常大的改变了湖泊生态的循环规律,现有大多数的湖泊已经富营养化或正在富营养化中。蓝藻水华的暴发,水质差等问题的日趋严重,造成了很大的经济损失。在近几年,由于湖泊富营养化以及蓝藻水华等一系列环境问题的恶化,国家和政府围绕湖泊富营养化和蓝藻水华的治理,投入了大量的财力,物力,人力,但是效果并没有想象中那么理想,严重遏制了社会经济的发展,已经引起了国家和政府高层的极度重视。
