摘要:矮牵牛适用于花坛布置,景点摆设,家庭装饰,是一种经济价值极高的观赏植物。目前盐胁迫是抑制植物生长的主要环境因素之一,这一问题在矮牵牛种子上的具体表现就是种子发芽率低、春季发芽晚,生长不良等现象。其次植物生长离不开光合作用,因而研究盐胁迫和光照条件对于矮牵牛种子萌发影响情况有重要的实践意义。本实验通过矮牵牛种子在优尔种氯化钠浓度(0、5、10、40、60、80mmol/L)和四种光照强度(黑暗、强光、中光、弱光)中处理后的萌发状况分析盐胁迫和光照对其发芽的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,升高盐浓度,矮牵牛种子发芽率和发芽势均随之下降,盐胁迫明显抑制幼根生长,而子叶和下胚轴的生长在低浓度盐的处理下得到促进,其幼苗总重得到增加。在光照条件下,随着光照的减弱,矮牵牛种子发芽势和发芽率均下降,幼根生长在弱光下受抑制明显,而下胚轴和子叶在全黑暗条件下长势最好。20371

Study on the effect of salt stress and light conditions on Seed Germination of Petunia hybrid
Abstract: Petunia is suitable for the decoration of parterre, scenery spots and home. And it is a ornamental plant with high economic value. Up to now, salt stress is the main environmental factor that prevents plants from growing. The specific manifestation is the low germination rate, the late sprouting in spring, the bad growth and so on. Secondly, the growth of the plants can not leave photosynthesis. So it is of great importance of studying the factors of salt stress and light condition on the petunia. . The experiment of Petunia hybrida seeds in six sodium chloride concentrations (0、5、10、40、60、80mmol/L) and four kinds of light intensity (dark, light, light, weak light) analysis of germination condition after the treatment of salt stress and light on the germination effect. The results shows that with the increasing concentration of NaCl, Petunia seed germination potential and germination rate decrease under the force of salt. And root growth is significantly inhibited by salt stress, while the low concentration of salt treatment promots hypocotyl and cotyledon growth. Thus it shows the increasing weight of seeds. Under the light, along with the weakening illumination, Petunia seed germination potential and germination rate decreases, root growth is inhibited significantly under the weak light, and the hypocotyl and cotyledon in the dark condition is the best.
