摘要:本文采用醇沉法对桃花中多糖进行提取,并对提取方法进行优化。对其粗提物的多糖进行吸湿性,失水性和抗氧化性的测定,将得到的多糖作为天然有效成分加入膏霜中制成保湿膏霜。对保湿膏霜中的配伍性进行研究,结果表明:(1)对桃花多糖进行吸水性和失水性测试,经过48小时的试验后,在81%和43%湿度下,桃花多糖的吸水率都为28%;桃花多糖的失水率分别为91%和99%。(2)将得到的多糖加入基质膏霜中,进行人体皮肤湿度测量值实验,得出加入多糖的膏霜平均皮肤水分含量增长值达到了7.8%,明显对皮肤具有保湿作用。进行40℃的耐热试验、-5℃的耐寒及稳定性检测,目测样品无分层或析出,无颜色变化,无气变化,说明桃花多糖提取物可加入保湿膏霜中并有良好的耐热耐寒及稳定性(3)经过羟自由基清除率试验可证明桃花多糖并没有明显的抗氧化性。说明桃花在化妆品的保湿方面具有一定的应用前景。20747

Peach blossom the extraction of effective components, and the evaluation of the effect that protect skin
Abstract: In this paper by the method of alcohol sink, peach blossom polysaccharide was extracted, and optimize the extraction method. Polysaccharide of crude extractings from its hygroscopicity, loss of water and the determination of oxidation resistance, will receive the polysaccharide as natural active ingredients in cream, moisturizing cream. Study of compatibility of moisturizing cream, the results show that: (1) the peach blossom polysaccharide to absorb water and water test, after 48 hours of testing, at 81% and 43% humidity, peach blossom bibulous rate of polysaccharide is 28%; Peach blossom water loss rate of polysaccharides were 91% and 99% respectively. (2) will join the rest of the cream matrix of polysaccharide, humidity measurement experiment to human skin, it is concluded that to join for the average skin moisture cream growth of polysaccharide reached 7.8%, obviously has moisturizing effect to the skin. To 40℃ to 5℃ heat test and hardy and stability testing, visual sample no layering or precipitation, no change color, no smell, peach blossom polysaccharide extract can add moisture cream in stability and good heat resistant to cold and (3) after hydroxyl free radical clearance test to prove that the peach blossom polysaccharide and no obvious oxidation resistance. Illustrate the peach blossom has a certain application prospect in the hydration of cosmetics.
