摘要:本文研究了涝害处理对4种地被菊生长的影响。实验通过观察地被菊根、茎、叶形态指标的变化和测定生理指标,包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量,筛选出耐涝性最强的地被菊品种,并适宜上海地区土壤、气候条件、具有优异抗逆性的品种。结果表明:耐涝性鉴定时间以12天为宜。涝渍胁迫下,地被菊的根系活力急剧下降,但雨花金华在胁迫初期表现出较强的根系活力;叶绿素含量总体呈现先升后降的的趋势;结合外部形态的观察表明,雨花金华和雨花金桂较为耐涝,雨花落英和雨花金星较为不耐涝。21269 毕业论文关键词:地被菊;耐涝性;抗氧化酶
Waterlogging Tolerance of ground-cover chrysanthemum
Abstract:This paper studies the waterlogging treatment effects on the growth of ground-cover chrysanthemum. Experiment by observing ground-cover chrysanthemum roots, stems, leaf morphology changes and measuring physiological indices, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activity and membrane lipid oxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, screening out the most suitable varieties of ground-cover chrysanthemum, and suitable for the soil and the weather condition in Shanghai area, which has the excellent resistance varieties. The results showed out: flooding tolerance identification time is suitable for 12 days. Under waterlogging, ground-cover chrysanthemum root vigor decreased sharply, but Yuhuajinhua during the early stress period showed higher root vigor; on the whole, the chlorophyll content showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing; According to the observation of morphology, Yuhuajinhua and Yuhuajingui have a better flooding tolerance while Yuhualuoying and Yuhuajinxing have a lower one.
