摘要:将丹参与紫苏、玉米、优尔椒、决明进行套作,研究丹参在与不同植物混合种植条件下,生理生化指标的变化特点,以提高丹参在大田实际生长过程中的产量和品质。结果表明:较单作相比,优尔椒/丹参、紫苏/丹参复合种植模式显著增加CAT活性,决明/丹参复合种植显著增加MDA含量。较丹参单作相比,优尔椒/丹参复合种植模式下的C4H、TAT酶活性较单作达到了显著差异,各复合种植模式对PPO酶活性的影响不同。不同分隔方式下,这四种植物复合种植模式对丹参叶片的保护酶体系和代谢酶体系活性影响不同。结论:优尔椒/丹参套作处理相对更有利于丹参的生长,其影响作用主要是通过根系之间的相互作用产生的,因此,优尔椒/丹参不分隔处理能显著提高丹参的产量和品质。25771 毕业论文关键词:植物复合种植;丹参;生理生化;酶;品质形成
Advances in Effects of Plant Symbiotic Conditions on Plant Physiological and Biochemical Indexes
Abstract: The salvia and basil, corn, pepper, Cassia were intercropping,to study the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of Salvia miltiorrhiza in different symbiosis conditions, in order to improve the yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the field. The result shows:Compared with the Monoculture, Pepper / Salvia miltiorrhiza, Perilla / Salvia mixed plant pattern significantly increased CAT activity, Cassia / Salvia compound planted significantly increased MDA content. Compared with the Monoculture,the activities of C4H and TAT in the model of pepper / Salvia miltiorrhiza were different than that of single cropping. The effects of different cropping patterns on PPO activity were different.Among the different separation mode,the effects of four kinds of plant planting patterns on the protective enzyme system and metabolic enzyme system of Salvia miltiorrhiza leaves were different.Conclusion: The effect of pepper / Salvia miltiorrhiza on the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza is relatively beneficial to the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The effect of pepper / Salvia miltiorrhiza on the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza is mainly due to the interaction between root and shoot. Therefore, pepper / Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly improve the yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
