摘要:以低钾敏感型棉花品种泗杂3号和耐低钾型棉花品种泗棉3号为材料,于2016年在江苏南京农业大学牌楼试验基地(118°50′E, 32°02′N)进行钾素( 0 ,150,300 kg K2O hm-2)和花铃期土壤短期干旱试验 ,研究纤文伸长发育对钾素和花铃期短期干旱的响应。结果表明,花铃期短期干旱条件下,钾素可显著增加Vmax,有利于纤文长度的形成。钾素可通过提高纤文中的PEPC活性,增加苹果酸含量和蔗糖含量,并促进蔗糖的转化来促进水分胁迫下棉纤文的伸长发育。因此,钾素可缓解干旱胁迫对纤文长度形成的不利影响。在棉花的纤文伸长发育期土壤短期干旱再复水条件下,以300 kg K2O hm-2施钾量最有利于纤文长度的形成。26611 毕业论文关键词:干旱胁迫;钾素;纤文伸长发育;
Effects of Potassium on Cotton Fiber Elongation Development under Water Stress during the Flowering and Boll-forming stage
Abstract: Pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of potassium on the fiber elongation development under water stress during the flowering and boll-forming stage in Nanjing Agricultural University(118°50′E,32°02′N) in 2016.Within each water treatment(CK: normal irrigation; DT:short-term soil drought last 8d),three potassium levels were imposed:K 0,150 and 300 kg hm-2 . The results show that: Potassium can promote significant increase of Vmax under drought stress, which is conducive to the formation of fiber length. Potassium can increase the enzyme activities of PEPC, the malate and sucrose content. It can also promote the transformation of sucrose. So, Potassium can improve fiber length during drought stress and 300 K2O kg hm-2 supply leading to great fiber length.
