摘要:细胞质雄性不育(Cytoplasmic Male Sterility)是高等植物中广泛存在的一种现象。研究表明atp9基因在拟南芥,洋葱,小麦等其它作物的雄性不育机理中起到了不可或缺的作用。本研究分别以胡萝卜瓣化型细胞质雄性不育系和保持系的atp9基因为研究对象,进一步克隆与分析,确定胡萝卜细胞质雄性不育与atp9基因的关系。结果表明与保持系相比atp9基因在胡萝卜不育系中有缺失片段与碱基对的替换的现象,推测胡萝卜瓣化型细胞质不育与atp9基因的变异有重要关系。28364 毕业论文关键词:细胞质雄性不育;atp9;分析
Separation and analysis of atp9 in carrot petal type cytoplasmic male sterility
Abstract:Cytoplasmic male sterility is a widespread phenomenon in advanced plants.Studies have shown that atp9 gene plays an indispensable role in the male sterility mechanism of arabidopsis, onion, wheat and other crops.In this study, the atp9 genes of carrot cytoplasmic male sterile line and maintainer line were chosen as the object,for Further clone and analysis,the author finally determined the relationship between carrot cytoplasmic male sterility and atp9 gene.The conclusion showed that replacement will take place in missing fragments and base pairs in the carrot sterile line,but not in the maintainer line.According to the conclusion,it can be speculated that the cytoplasmic sterility of carrot petals has an important relationship with the variation of atp9 gene.
