摘要:蚜虫体内普遍存在次级共生菌,这些次级共生菌对蚜虫的生长发育起着重要作用。但是也有研究发现一些次级共生菌对蚜虫的生长发育还存在着负面影响。麦长管蚜体内共生菌对宿主蚜虫有何影响,现还是不很清楚。本文以用抗生素处理的脱除了次级共生菌Regiella insecticola麦长管蚜为材料,采用生命表方法测定了25℃,28℃和31℃下每天热击4h后,不同种群密度的去除品系和感染品系麦长管蚜的净增殖率、平均世代寿命以及内禀增长率。结果表明,去除共生菌品系的净增殖率和平均世代寿命在25℃、28℃和31℃下均显著高于或长于感染品系。麦长管蚜的共生菌R. insecticola、基因型、饲养温度和饲养种群密度对麦长管蚜的平均世代寿命、净增殖率、内禀增长率均存在着显著影响。Regiella insecticola共生菌的感染对麦长管蚜的存活和繁殖有不利影响。29680

Study on the Life Table Characteristics of Sitobion avenae Cured Regiella insecticola
Abstract: The secondary endosybionts are common in the aphids. These secondary endosybionts play an important role in the growth and development of aphids. But the study found that some secondary endosybionts also have a negative impact on the growth and development of aphids. In this paper, the effects of secondary endosybiont Regiella insecticola on the life history of Sitobion avenae were studied using the aphids cured the R. insecticola in different population densities and temperatures. The net increase rate, average generation period and intrinsic rate of increase of the R. insecticola line and cured line were measured at 25 ℃, 28 ℃ and 31 ℃ for 4 h per day. The results showed that the net increase rate and the average generation period of the cured line were significantly higher than those of the R. insecticola line at 25 ℃, 28 ℃ and 31 ℃. The average generation period, net increase rate and intrinsic rate of increase were significantly impacted by R. insecticola, genetype of aphid, temperature and population density. The infection of R. insecticola has negative effects on Sitobion avenae.
