摘要:我国是一个湿害胁迫比较严重的国家,尤其是南方地区常年降水较多,易形成湿害,会对甜高粱的产量及内在生理指标造成影响。本试验为探究湿害胁迫对甜高粱产量性状和抗氧化酶系统的影响,设计了平作和垄作两个处理,在甜高粱的3叶期对其进行9d的渍水处理,在渍水处理的0,3,6,9d对其抗氧化酶系统活性进行测定比较,分阶段性进行4次取样测定其产量性状进行比较。试验结果表明,垄作耕作方式下的茎粗、叶数、叶面积指数都显著高于平作,其他产量性状也都表现为垄作大于平作的趋势。垄作的耕作方式下的抗氧化酶系统活性变化表现为更适应湿害胁迫。即在湿害胁迫下,垄作的耕作方式表现出更有利于优质高产甜高粱的生产。本试验研究结果对于易形成湿害胁迫地区的甜高粱生产提供了理论支持,对实际生产具有指导意义。29804 毕业论文关键词:甜高粱;平作;垄作;产量性状;抗氧化酶系统
The Effects of Waterlogging Stress on Sweet Sorghum’s Yield Traits and Antioxidant Enzymes System in Different Culture Patterns
Abstract: China is a country with severe waterlogging stress, especially in the south. Too much rainfall will affect the yield traits and physiological indexes of sweet sorghum. Two treatments, ridge culture and flat culture, were be set to explore the effect of waterlogging stress on sweet sorghum’s yield traits and antioxidant enzymes. The waterlogging stress was set for 9 days from trefoil stage.The comparison of the antioxidant enzymes system activity in 0,3,6,9d after waterlogging stress and the 4 times stage determination of yield traits in different culture patterns were used to get the conclusion. The statistics show that the stem diameter, the number of leaves, LAI of ridge culture are significantly higher than the flat culture, other yield traits of ridge culture have a trend to exceed the flat pattern.The variation of ridge culture’s antioxidant enzymes system activity have a better adaptability than the flat culture when suffer the waterlogging stress. In other words, the ridge culture can product superior and high-yield sweet sorghum under the waterlogging stress. This research can provide theoretical support for the area which is prone to suffer the waterlogging stress, and have important directive to production practices.
