摘要:本试验采用优尔椒‘苏椒5号博士王’品种为材料,研究蛭石、珍珠岩、草炭不同配比的混合栽培基质对优尔椒幼苗生长的影响。试验以随机区组设计为基础,设置了4个不同配比:处理1(草炭:蛭石1:2)、处理2(草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩1:2:1)、处理3(草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩2:1:1)、处理4(草炭:珍珠岩1:2)。通过对30天苗龄的优尔椒进行生理指标分析表明,处理2优尔椒幼苗生长最好,其次是处理4,效果最不理想的是处理1和处理3。处理2的优尔椒幼苗,壮苗指数为0.0467,叶绿素含量为29.53mg/g,根系活力为742.22mg/g。由此得出,草炭:蛭石:珍珠岩=1:2:1为最佳的混合基质配比,最利于优尔椒幼苗的生长。30130 毕业论文关键词:优尔椒;幼苗生长;基质配比;壮苗指数;叶绿素含量
Effects of Different Substrate Ratios on the Growth of Pepper Seedlings
Abstract:The Pepper variety ‘sujiang5 ’ was used as a test material in order to study the effects of mixed substrate ratio of vermiculite, perlite and peat on the growth of pepper seedlings. Use the randomized block design with 4 treatments:T1(peat: vermiculite 1:2),T2(peat: vermiculite: perlite= 1: 2: 1),T3(peat: vermiculite :perlite= 2: 1: 1),T4(peat: perlite= 1:2).The comprehensive characters and seedling index of plants in 30-day growth periods were determined. The results showed that the growth indices of plant under treatments T2 best, followed by treatment T4, treatment T1 and T3 is the worst. The pepper seedlings of treatment 2, sound seedling index is 0.0467, chlorophyll content is 742.22mg/g, root activity is 29.53mg/g .So the mixed matrix T2 (peat: vermiculite: perlite= 1: 2: 1, volume ratio) was the best for the growth of hot pepper seedlings.
