摘要:旨在探讨用秋水仙素和6-BA的混合溶液诱导洋葱四倍体气生鳞茎的形成,为创新洋葱种质提供理论依据和技术方法。以二倍体黄皮洋葱‘W433’为材料,分别通过涂抹法和注射法,用秋水仙素和6-BA诱导四倍体气生鳞茎,对形成的气生鳞茎进行栽培,培养成洋葱植株,最后采用形态鉴别、叶片气孔大小对比等方法,对植株的倍性进行初步鉴定。实验结果表明:用0.1% 秋水仙素和0.1% 6-BA对洋葱进行涂抹处理,形成的气生鳞茎最多;由气生鳞茎培养成的植株,通过初步鉴定可判定为同源四倍体。30131 毕业论文关键词:洋葱;气生鳞茎;植株;同源四倍体
THE INDUCTION OF THE TRAPLOID ONOIN AERIAL BULBS
Abstract:This paper aims to explore the formation of the traploid onion aerial bulbs with the combination of the colchicine and 6-BA, which provide theoretical basis and technical method for the innovation of onion germplasm. Diploid yellow peel Onions'W433'as materials, respectively, by smearing and injecting, with colchicine and 6-BA to induct traploid onion aerial bulbs. With culturing of aerial bulbs ,develop them into small onion plants. Finally ,using morphological identification and contrasting voids size to identify the plants’ ploidy. The results showed that the highest amount of the aerial bulb was formed by smearing the onions with 0.1% colchicine and 0.1% 6-BA. A small plant formed by the aerial bulb , which can be determined by a preliminary identification , is autoteraploid.
