摘 要:为了研究CDPK在茄科植物中发挥的作用,我们以拟南芥为参考,从番茄和土豆中获取了51个CDPK基因,分析该基因家族的序列特征、分子特征、压力选则、表达情况以及进化关系做了一系列的比对,从而为揭示CDPK蛋白家族对茄科植物家族的表达特征做了很大贡献。通过对番茄和土豆的系统分析,得出茄科植物CDPK基因结构、压力选择、序列表达都是保守的,不发生分化,以表达模式分化为主。33279 毕业论文关键词:茄科植物;CDPK;基因结构;进化关系;压力选择
Molecular Characterization and Evolutionary Analysis of the CDPK Family in Solanaceae Species
Abstract: In order to study the CDPK role in solanaceae plant,We take Arabidopsis as a reference,getting 51 CDPKs from tomatoes and potatoes,Analyzes the sequence of the gene family, molecular characteristics ,pressure selection,expression and evolutionary map made a series of comparison,To reveal the function of CDPK protein family made a great contribution.Through system analysis of tomatoes and potatoes, solanaceae plant CDPK gene structure, choice of pressure, sequence expression is conservative, don't differentiate, give priority to with expression pattern differentiation.
