摘要:大豆虫害对大豆的产量和品质危害很大,其中斜纹夜蛾是南京地区的主要害虫。野生大豆作为栽培豆的祖先种,在进化过程中保留了很多抗性基因。本文以121个野生大豆品种为材料,用新鲜叶片在室内喂养斜纹夜蛾幼虫,以虫重为抗性指标,进行方差分析,分析结果表明:野生大豆材料之间存在着极显著差异,其中W83、W99、W119和W120这四种材料是高抗品种。与SNPs标记进行关联分析后找到了野生大豆中与斜纹夜蛾抗性显著相关的位点,并确定了附近基因。通过搜索大豆数据库网站对这些基因进行筛选,最终得到了5个或与抗虫相关的基因,以便后期的功能验证。36607 毕业论文关键词:野生大豆;抗虫性;斜纹夜蛾;关联分析
Association Analysis of Wild Soybean Resistance to Common Cutworm
Abstract:Soybean pests have a great impact on the yield and quality of soybeans, which are the main pests in Nanjing. Wild soybeans as ancestors of cultivated beans, in the evolution of the process to retain a lot of resistance genes. In this paper, 121 wild soybean varieties were used as materials, and the larvae of common cutworm was fed with fresh leaves. The results showed that there were significant differences among wild soybean materials, and W83 , W99, W119 and W120 these four materials are high resistance varieties. After association analysis with SNPs, the loci of wild soybean with resistance to common cutworm were found and the nearby genes were identified. These genes were screened by searching the Soybean Database website, eventually obtaining five or insect-related genes for later functional validation.
