摘要:目的:采用系统预试法,初步探究光慈姑的化学成分。方法:对光慈姑的水提取液、乙醇提取液、酸性乙醇提取液和石油醚提取液,采用试管预试法进行研究。结果:研究结果表明,光慈姑中含有糖类、多糖或苷类、还原糖、生物碱、内酯香豆素、黄酮、鞣质、有机酸、甾体萜类、皂苷类、挥发油,可能含有酚类化合物、氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质,不含蒽醌及其苷、强心苷。结论:本研究通过对光慈姑进行化学成分预试验,初步确定了光慈姑可能存在的化学成分。36755 毕业论文关键词:光慈姑;化学成分;系统预试验
Preliminary systematic test for Chemical Components of Tulipa edulis bulb
Abstract:Objective: The present study was carried out to identify the chemical components of Tulipa edulis bulb by preliminary systematic test. Methods: The extracted mixture of T. edulis bulb from purified water, 95% ethanol, acidic ethanol and petroleum ether were studied by test tube method. Results: The preliminary systematic test indicated that T. edulis bulb contain chemical components such as sugars, polysacharides or glycosides, reducing sugars, alkaloid, flavonids, coumarins, tannis, organic acid, steroids, triterpenes, saponin, volatile oil. Additionally, it possibly contain phenols, amino acid, polypeptide and protein; does not contain anthraquinones and cardiac glycosides. Conclusion: In the present study, the chemical components of Tulipa edulis bulb are primarily confirmed by preliminary systematic test.
